NOTICE ON RESIDENCE (HOSTEL) ADMISSION AND ENTRY

The following points are notified to students of Higher and Technical Institute, Mizoram:
1) The 5th Semester students who had gone through personal interview for admission into Residences in March, 2021 will no longer face interview and they are all informed hereby to enter into their respective Residences on 29th June, 2022 before 5:00p.m and take re-admission on arrival or on 30th June, 2022 by paying ₹ 7,000/- to their respective guides.
2) All applicants for admission into Residences including 1st Semester, 3rd Semester and 5th Semester (who had never been in Residences) are called for Personal Interview on 28th June, 2022 at 10:00a.m. onwards.
3) Students coming to face Personal Interview on 28th June, 2022 must submit duly filled in Residence Admission Application Form when they come for interview. The application form is attached herewith and available for download on the website.
4) Results of Interview will be published on the College official website on the evening of 28th June, 2022.
5) All students who are qualified through personal interview for admission into Residences (Hostels) must complete admission by paying fees which are mentioned below on 29th & 30th June, 2022.
6) All students who are newly admitted into Residences (Hostels) must enter into their respective Residences (Hostels) on 2nd July, 2022 (Saturday) before 5:00p.m.
Initial Residence Fees (compulsory at the time of Residence Admission):
** Residence Admission Fee (p.a) - 1,000
** One month Monthly Fee (p.m) - 6,000
TOTAL - 7,000
Note:
Hostel requirements and other important information for hostellers will be communicated to each student at the time of admission.
